Touched up OS X status icons

Hey... glad you're considering opening up the source code. On this topic, I thought I'd contribute some new versions of AirPhones' menu bar status icons so that they better followed the style of OS X's built-in status icons. Some changes include:

• Instead of using any grays to control icon darkness (depending on status), I just modified opacity. This improves their appearance when "Translucent menu bar" is checked in the "Desktop & Screen Saver" prefpane and a brightly coloured desktop background is in use. Otherwise the gray of the icon clashes with the slightly tinted off-gray of the menu bar.
• The brightness (opacity) of the icons for "enabled" and "disabled" states better match the corresponding opacity levels for OS X's built-in status icons.
• Added a white highlight 1 pixel below icons to make them look slightly inset, like OS X's built-in status icons.
